In all honesty, for the human race to begin there had to be lots of incest. Everyone in the world is at least 50th cousins.

No. The microscopic organisms that we eventually evolved from would have done that. However, they weren't genetically complex enough for that to be a problem for them. Then eventually there would be an organism with different traits who would spread those traits around. Once there is an organism that is different enough from the others it is called a new species. Continue the same spreading of a new trait over and over and eventually you get humans without there being a big influence by incest involved.

So, you're saying that the one species, by reproducing with other species, created its own species? It would technically be incest then, the offspring of that organism would have to reproduce with others of its own species to survive. Unless they can reproduce with another species?
