Breaking Bad
Battlestar Galactica(off-air, but one of my GOAT shows)
The West Wing (off-air for years but I've been watching it on Netflix and I love it)
The Walking Dead is terrible but I watch it anyway, but I'll never put it on a 'best of' list.

I agree with everything on your list except Mad Men and Breaking Bad, and that is only because I haven't watched them yet.
