I want to ask pro-choicers a question. Should [url=http://www.mayoclinic.com/images/image_popup/mcdc7_position_for_birth.jpg]this[/url] baby be eligible for abortion? I mean why not, it hasn't been born yet right?

Edited by Mad Max: 1/28/2013 7:13:59 AMAs the law states, abortions within the first trimester [that's 12 weeks, for those of you playing along at home] are legal. Anything after that must be a severe medical reason issued by a doctor in order to save the mother's life. I do not think a woman who is 8 months along should be able to abort the pregnancy. I agree with the current law.
