Considering notifications are at least 5-10 minutes behind while using a PC isn't that kind of expected?

No I am saying that the app keeps re notifying me of old ones that have been seen especially from days ago. Before I cleared my notifications on here, I had replies to this thread get sent to my phone but then the one from like 6 days ago would come up at the top again.
