• anti freedom is not the same as not killing someone

 • True, but removing the ability to legally do what you want with your body is.

 • Pretty sure a fetus grows within a woman's womb... Does the woman have no rights to what goes on inside her body?

 • yes, it is growing inside her. but if i walk into a house, am i part of the house how? no. a womb is like a moving house. the child is not a part of her. it is not a tumor to be removed, it is a human being, being exterminated.

 • A fetus has no legal rights, since it is not a legal citizen. We issue birth certificates, not conception certificates.

 • legal rights? it is still a human, whether your country of choice says 'oh look! that thing popped out!" or not.

 • Obviously it's a human fetus. A canine fetus isn't going to grow inside a human. A dead person is still a human, too. That doesn't really mean anything, either.

 • It's not murder. It isn't a child. If abortion is murder, should women who miscarry be charged with involuntary manslaughter?

 • how is it not a child? does it magically transform from a chunk of wood while the woman is in labor? and no, obviously. if it was something that could not be helped, are doctors? would you sue a doctor if they didnt cure you of AIDS? however, if the woman miscarried on purpose, or by something preventable that she did, then yes.

 •
how is it not a child? does it magically transform from a chunk of wood while the woman is in labor?
A child is a child; a fetus is a fetus. Once a fetus is born, it is a child. Not a difficult concept.
and no, obviously.
Why not? Voluntarily terminating the potential life that a fetus would have is murder, as you say. Why wouldn't a miscarriage be equatable to involuntary manslaughter?

 • a fetus is an unborn child. and it is still a living human. just a young human. and as stated before, the mother is like a house to the baby. can you sue a house? can a house be charged with murder? no. therefore the mother, or rather the womans 'house' (womb) cannot be charged. the woman, metaphorically knocking down that house (voluntarily causing harm to the baby; purposefully or preventabley) could be charged.

A fetus is an UNBORN child, which you even said. The birth process converts the fetus into a child, just as I had said before.

 • Unborn child = child that has not been born. meaning it is a child, even though it isnt born.

 • The qualifying element to make a child a child is that it has been birthed. Before birth, it is a fetus. There's no grey area here.

 • the main parts to qualify as a child is that it is under 13 and has been conceived.

 • Fetus = Young human Child = Young human so a fetus is a child. yeah, its not a foolproof explanation, and the others were much better, but you dont seem to understand simple things. im honestly not surprised, based on previous arguments.

 • A fetus is nothing except a growing human being inside the womb of a mother. Once born, it is no longer a fetus. You don't call a 2 day-old child a fetus.

 • as i said, not foolproof, and you are obviously trying to take anything you can and manipulate it to suit what you are attempting to convince me of.
