All places fail in some fashion. However, none of the things you posted mean jack in the grand scheme of things.
No one FORCED under age idiots to go drink. They do it by choice.
Janet Jackson's wardrobe' malfunction' was 8 years ago. Not last year.
But since it's obvious you don't know what you are talking about anyhow, sounds to me like underage drinking has affected too many of your brain cells already.

Then your assumptions fail you. When I was under age, I drank. I grew up and tired of hang overs, queeziness, the thrill of having 'fun' when inebriated all was for naught. I had too high of a tolerance that just made it work to get/maintain the buzz. There are many other ways to have fun. Being drunk imo is just not a good way to do it. It's way more destructive to the body than people care to admit.
