The people at 343i are trained to do this, and at least the balancing should have been done by now. Even Treyarch has already tried nerfing and buffing some stuff.

That's not my point, he specifically stated he could do it by April. If he has the nerve to think he's better than them he should damn well prove it.

He very well may be telling the truth. 343 never said they couldn't display the rankings in-game, simply that they would keep the ranking separate to Waypoint's website.
