It would have been even more confusing if the toolkit had stayed the same. Like showing up in a metalworking class with bakeware.
It's different, definitely different. We're all taking our time to grok it and share our findings with each other (so no one looks like a complete idiot).

Is there a race to see who gets the first ban or did it already happen?

We've already hit that marker a while ago. Someone reported it as a bug because the member was also banned in private groups. Apparently, that is by intent and working as designed.

I thought that was something that had happened even before the Beta, and seeing as how it's working "by intent," should it not be considered how lightly the ban was? But since we can now optimize the site to our liking by blocking and such would only an egregious act warrant a ban?
