I don't like it one bit. The only good that came out of it was the name change and notifications.

Didn't even recognize you. :(

You know who I am now? I'm keeping my ID as my old username, that way people know who I was formally. I think it should be a requirement TBH.

Edited by VIC: 1/11/2013 2:10:33 AMI think, like most problems people are having right now, they will work themselves out. If you want to give yourself an identify that nobody will recognize, then your posts might not be recognized or valued as much. I think one thing that people will really enjoy once they get the hang of it is that they are going to have a big impact on their Bungie.net experience. I get a lot of the frustrations but they ALL seem to be because the site has changed, not because a decision is "bad." Bungie.net is not twitter. Yes, there are hashtags but using them to filter content can completely recreate the same content that you saw in, let's say, "The Flood." Bungie.net is not facebook. Yes, there are likes but it works as a way to give the community input on what topics float to the top and which ones sink to the bottom. YOU get to moderate how discussion works. Just to name a few... e: Sorry for going on that little rant, too.

The hashtag thing is fine as well. I'm just very disappointed with a complete overhaul. I was honestly expecting a more "HD" polish to the original forums. I just feel like it's not a forum anymore. Hopefully with enough feedback we can take what's good from this "BETA" and mix it into the older version?
