I was hoping against the odds that this was coming out for the Xbox.
I am disappoint, though not surprised.

So why don't you play it on PC? -
The only computer I have is a three year old laptop which the hard drive constantly becomes unreadable in forcing it to restart every couple hours or so. I don't make nearly enough to spend a grand or two on a gaming PC simply to play some MMO on.

Unless you want to play the game at max settings, you won't need a new computer. But yeah, sure it's not worth buying a top PC just to play a game you don't even know if it's gonna be good.
