"banning" things doesnt work.
Alchohol ? Failure.
Drugs ? Failure.
a ban on guns would fail just as hard

We have laws banning murder, but 17,000 Americans are killed every year. Isn't that law ineffective? Your argument leans more towards anarchism than freedom.
-
Murder and owning a weapon or having a beer are completely different things.

Edited by Funkbrotha10: 1/22/2013 10:36:24 PMhe might be a little bit dumb. Its ok, I explained what "things" are in my post below.
-
"things" meaning physical items with value to people. drugs are a thing and has value to people. alchohol is a thing and has value to people guns are a thing and have value to people murder is not a thing, and does not hold value. Murder is a description of a crime.
-
murder is not a thing, and does not hold value.
Why do hitmen exist?
-
well your right then, it might hold value to some people. looks like the law banning murder is a failure after all.
-
So we should get rid of it?

I have no idea
