Like Bad Magik said, if this turns into a gun thread. Gun laws will only apply to law abiding citizens. Basically making things worse. Dumb bleeding heart liberals. You think that all guns will just disappear from america once gun laws pass. Nope, only the law abiding citizens will obey the government and have their weapons melted down. Criminals will keep them and say woohoo, now I can assault people knowing they can't fight back. Hopefully they'll ban them from houses too so we can rob those as well! Man I love liberals they are always looking out for the best interests of the country!

And crime will rise. If I find it, I will post it, but a city in the U.S. posted on the internet a list of registered gun owners and guess what happened? The areas and residences that were not armed; home burglaries, robberies and crime sky rocketed. The areas where it was known where the occupants of the residence were armed, criminals left alone.

Because that led to absolutely no known increase in crime, nor did it lead to anyone being targeted.

  • I'm assuming "lax" is less restricted. I apologize for my ignorance on this word. Anyway, if so, imagine that. What people do not understand is that criminals are people still and like the 99.9% of the law abiding world, criminals prefer not to die as well.

  • Lax- Relaxed My point was that more criminals came to the realization since it easier to get a CCW permit, they expect more people to be armed, and as such, we have had a noticeable reduction in gun related crimes since. It could be due to other factors, but it lines up with the changes and is obvious for this purpose.
