Try to help her reach out to somebody and get some sort of help - even if she says she doesn't want to. If you care about her you can't leave at this point. If you did, things would get worse for her. However, if she becomes difficult and more destructive and it interferes with your daily life beyond a certain point, you will have to let her go. You can't help those who don't want it, and you shouldn't be expected to be responsible for her feelings or happiness.

more like, seeing the rhyme reminded me of something, which has a whole other story behind it. But I'm glad you agreed with the original post. I'd imagine that would be the best course of action for the OP to take. If he does nothing he could end up feeling 'trapped' down the line. I don't think anyone is worth that.
