The Twilight films are really bad. The acting, the story, the soundtrack, the cinematography. I can't think of any redeeming factors.

Edited by LCF: 1/22/2013 6:33:54 PMThey're making another Stephenie Meyer film adaptation, but this one is from her sci-fi novel "The Host". I haven't read it, but it's supposedly a lot better than Twilight although that's not saying much. What caught my interest is that the screenplay is actually written by Andrew Niccol. The lead role is also played by Saoirse Ronan and she is really, really talented. That, and I'm madly in love with her so I'll probably be forced to go check it out. The premise seems a bit odd though, so I haven't set any expectations.

Never seen 'em. However, from the trailers and such, I must say the main actress is pretty good looking (not sure of her name).

Now that was a very good looking and well done movie(Red Riding Hood), from the sets to the SFX to the actors.

She's pretty decent looking, you have to admit.
