If you can tickle yourself, you're probably a schizophrenic. There's pretty interesting scientific reasons why we can't tickle ourselves. Google it.
Here's the articles I read about it: http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=tit-for-tat-delusions | http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=why-cant-a-person-tickle
We also learn to defend ourselves as children in tickle fights.

Oh shit, I can tickle myself on my feet, hands, elbows, and sometimes face...uh-oh
-
Unless you're breaking out into uncontrollable laughter when you touch your stomach, you're fine.

Face????? Explain!!!
-
Well, sometimes I just put my hand up to my face and it feels weird and I start laughing. Cheeks especially, it's odd.

Weirdo!

Ah crap. You serious? i can tickle myself on my feet
-
That's not really tickling per say. I'm talking about being able to tickle your stomach and feel ticklish. It has to do with knowing that it's you touching your body and not someone else.

!! That explains everything! I am a schizophrenic psycho because my feet are ticklish! boo
