So they're just going to enforce what they already have harder? How many kids do they think walk into Wal Mart and buy Far Cry 3? Parents buy the games for their kids.

Or they buy the games from Online vendors(though they need to have their Parent's presence, unless they steel the Credit Cars/Paypayl info.) I can honestly say, this legislation is a waste of time, as distributors of let's say, Far Cry 3 will get the game if they want from uPlay or Steam...wasite of time. Though, it's good ESRB are no gonna get serious.
