IMO it would be best if no one had guns but unfortunately that is impossible. What we can do is regulate ammo, improve background checks, improve the mental health system and stop being so afraid of everything (terrorists, violent video-games, mentally ill people, etc, etc)! I'm glad that I live in Sweden. We have some problems but at least school shootings isn't one of them.
