Olaf the Berserker is a champion who specializes in dealing a lot of damage even if you build him tanky. Honestly you should read through the list of champions, or at least the ones that catch your eye

That's what having a Hyleblas is for.

No. When I started playing League, I chose out the champion I liked most on that list, and that champion was Rammus, and I played him and only him for like a month straight. You should have a simillar experience.

But you have to buy them to keep them, right? So I mean... why get attached if you don't have the cash?

Silly Burrito. There are two ways to buy champions, the first uses Riot Points, or RP, which does costs real cash to get. But the other way is to get Influence Points, or IP, every time you complete a game. You can spend this IP to buy champions permanently without having to spend a dime in real life. Naturally, it takes a small while to grind up IP to get some of the more expensive champions, but at your level, your IP rate is high enough that you can buy some of the more expensive champions without a ton of effort. I bought Rammus, my first champion (who cost 3100 IP, the maximum cost for champions usually runs 6300 IP) with only a weekend of playing when I first started. Kog Maw is 4800 IP, you can check how much IP you have in the upper right the next time that you play.

You can buy them with the in game currency you get from the end of every game. Most of my champions were bought with IP.
