I'm just curious as to what things Bush has done that people lay at Obamas feet, especially considering Bush is consistently blamed for things he didn't actually cause.

Well, there were those wars. And things like the PATRIOT act. Also, irresponsible spending while simultaneously cutting taxes. Doing nothing about the Glass-Steagall act being repealed. Plenty of stuff.
