I never played the Dragon age games. I was thinking about getting Origins when it goes on sale again on Steam. What is the main draw to the game? Story, gameplay?

Its a good old fashioned RPG (i.e an inventory full of string and paper), but its the storyline and the characters that make it so appealing. I hadn't really heard of it when I bought it, but as soon as I finished it I started again. You can buy the Ultimate Edition for pretty cheap these days and that comes with an Expansion with another 10 or so hours of gameplay.

That should tell you everything about the game that I can't put into reply, lol. The main reasons I love DA is because it has a really good story for all characters not just one specific character and you can romance people hehehe
