Hello there. I'm Anindya.
So my son's voice chat and text chat got fixed. But his steam account got hacked. The hacker also took my son's bungie account. My son's bungie ID is VortexPhantom312.

You'll want to contact steam about this. Both bungie and steam have help forums dedicated to issues like this, but as a word of warning, do not give any account info in a forum. Especially account info of a child.
