The triumph tracks the number of feat slots you use up not the quality of rewards you can expect. It says this plainly. How much each feat is worth is a separate thing that was implemented after players complained about it regarding the DP raid. It's looking for all 5, but its on the known issues. Wording on the triumph looks like it's meant to be 3 or more feats 5 times rather than 5 feats 1 time. The triumph doesn't count for the seal though, so it can be ignored as you get the shell prior to 5 feat unless you definitely want it done - if that's the case then its either 5 feating or waiting for Bungie to fix it.
