It was NEVER bugged. Someone just isn’t calling their hits or you don’t understand the challenge. One of the two.
Source: a rivensbane who has helped many teams do that challenge.

I did the challenge back in 2019. Back then, if you got hit by her little beam attack, it was challenge failed. I have Rivensbane. The problem is that my friend doesn't have this one triumph. We've done the whole thing where we use omnioculus to move and then hide in cover until tempo quickens, periodically throwing -blam!- to kill ads, then we run out and break shield. We are even avoiding the blast attack which iirc isn't related to the challenge. It never fails us but it never clears the triumph either

Also im absolutely confident it used to give a challenge failed pop up bc I spent like 2 hours on this challenge when I first did it and that's how we knew. It makes a distinct sound, it leaves a whole trail, I've been calling it out and telling people to watch their health bar. There's gotta be something we've missed or it's bugged

Yeah. It doesn’t tell you if you fail. Surely you’d know that? And why are any of you bothering with invis? It’s totally pointless. Just get one person to eager edge to each spawn point and sit there blocking her strikes. Easy victory in like 4 minutes max

Oh we've also done the stronghold titan stands in front of her the whole time thing with lament iirc. Still nothing. She just does her slam attack, no beam. Still no challenge completion. I should also clarify that the last time we attempted was pre-eof. I made my post asking bc we want to try again

You do not need a stronghold titan. And her slam doesn’t trigger the fail

That's what I'm saying. If she doesn't do the beam, she can't trigger the fail. We had a guy on stronghold blocking her while she stood there just slamming the ground over and over again. We still didn't get credit. Either it's bugged or they changed it bc it used to just be the beam.

I did it a few weeks ago for a team. It’s not bugged. Your titan is messing up or someone isn’t calling their hits

Just coming back to say we did a run with the stronghold setup and she did not fire the beam a single time and my friend did not get the triumph. It's not even a matter of no one calling their hits bc there is no hit to call. It's bugged.

Couldn't tell you. I made the titan turn invisible off rip and he ran up to her blocking with his sword. We did that for every phase and the only attack she got off was a slam over and over again. We killed her and got 1 loot drop and my friend got no triumph. If you're available rn we can show you
