Then don't play.
It's really that simple. If you don't like it, if you aren't having fun, don't play.
Plenty of other games to enjoy it there. No need to play one you don't actually enjoy.

I'm not going to play something else, I'm going to play this game and complain about the -blam!- drops because I want to. I'm not going to entertain any crap about how it's my problem or how I'm sad for complaining. You just move on and ignore then. That's what's really quite simple.

Aka, you want to suffer willingly and whine about it, instead of taking action that will actually contribute to a message being sent. If people complain, but keep playing and spending money, why would management change anything? A mouthy paying customer is still a paying customer. On the other hand, a cratering playerbase elicits action.

That's okay, I'm just saying, I'm not wanting to suffer willingly, I just want to play the game how we're supposed to play it. I want what was promised years ago, I want proper compensation for the removal of paid content, also, I didn't buy eof because I can't afford to spend 40 pounds on a half baked dlc, I dodged a bullet. Still, I've loved the way this game feels to play since destiny 1, I'll always be around. If the servers ever get shut down, I'll be one of the last Guardians standing in the tower waving goodbye when it happens. I love this game, and thats why I complain. Its the same with anything we love, we complain when it isn't loving us back.

What was promised years ago that you want?

I'm a d1 beta veteran myself. I understand where you're coming from, but at the same time i stand by what i said. Nobody is forcing you to play content you don't like. Attempting to communicate your frustrations with the current state of the game like this isn't productive. If you want to be productive in your criticism, offer specific solutions. There's far too many people who just want to whine and moan here. Surely you have some ideas after playing for at long as you have.

Many have, and Bungie might be starting to listen, finally, so I guess it is kinda productive, and, it also makes me feel better, so it's productive there too. Thanks for the concern though, I get mostly fulfilled in my life offline, so to me it doesn't matter if I come to complain in the sense that it detracts from my life's productivity.

I'm not saying this in a way that it detracts from the productivity of your life, I'm saying it in the context of these forums. I opened them today, and the top 8 were all people complaining about how they didn't like Heavy Metal. Nothing productive being said, just kvetching because they wanted to. That isn't productive in any sense. I don't like pvp in general, and especially don't like trials. I don't subject myself to those gamemodes for the most part, and thus I don't have to complain about them. I'd rather do what i enjoy.
