Challenge modifiers not working correctly in Quick Play Solo
When I load up an Expert quick play solo, I get automatic rank A for the goal, but my challenge multiplier is 1.0, (reward multiplier says 18.43) However, if I go to any other solo op, it puts me in at a C rank for the goal, of course. Yet the challenge rating will be 1.6 at the start. This is with the same gear at the same power level. No changes to the character whatsoever. That doesn't make any sense. If I'm wearing the same gear and I'm the same power level.
I did a quick play solo expert and got a C+ rank even though I had almost two minutes left and I did make sure to get the bonus objectives and that was because my challenge multiplier was 1.0
