They are "investigating" the issue(s) as reports keep coming. It could take a day or a week or a month. They propably don't know that is the problem with "CE 34878 0 " error if you go to the tower or try to play anything with matchmaking on or even try to log in sometimes. The reason you cannot find any news is because there are no news or they cannot give (or dont want to share) any info/timeline about an update that will make the game playble.
