That's because a three letter phrase inside of your gamertag is being filtered.
Either pick a new name.
Or separate those particular letters.

It won't let me change it, it is saying I've already used my name change.

Does it have a Red box and doesn't allow you to type in a new name? Or is it not saving what you put in?

When i type the new name it's saying " you can only change your bungie name one time"

That means you still have a token. What happens is the filter is blocking it. You cannot pick a name that has already been removed. As I said before. Either pick a different name. Or space out the letters so that the slur is not picked up.

Yea i just got it, the name I have now was what I was trying to put in. I just reloaded the site and logged back in and it went through. Thanks for your help!
