Try to contact the campaign organizer (meaning Bungie Foundation) via the Tiltify platform instead.
I don't expect those people to frequent these forums. You might have more luck through Tiltify.

I found the thing I needed to file here: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001051131&_ga=2.223156763.1652563100.1752192599-1082765730.1752172708 Tiltify can't do anything about this. I already asked them. This is a Bungie problem.
