Not at this time. As of March 25, bungie removed the ability to unlink platform accounts (except Twitch).

Essentially, yes. You had plenty of time/opportunity before the deadline to have it removed so you could link your own account.

I started the 90 day process of unlinking late April so yeah it seems like i was a couple months late.
