Does it tell you that you have no remaining changes, or just that 'you can only change your Bungie name one time'
If its the latter, then you have a token.

It tells me there are no name changes available. But according to the newly released patch notes, they just announced a name change.

This wouldn't be the first time they announced it but it was added later on in the day, since background maintenance is still on going - recheck once it has fully concluded.
