You understand trying "new things" normally means to make things better, not worse yes? Why would people be happy that the grind is going to be *worse*, with existing gear that people grinded out for will be made obsolete?

Second, [i]we haven't played it yet[/i] so you can't say that it's worse. Lastly, you get the new gear just from playing so stop acting like you'll have to do anything you normally wouldn't anyway.

The *remaining* players have been doing this for years, and we are at the lowest player count ever. Correct me if I am wrong, but *more* grind is seen by the vast majority of people as "being worse". Hence why people are leaving in record numbers. The *grind* is not the *goal*, the *loot* is.

No wonder you don't think grind is an issue, because you obviously didn't grind anyting of significance for end game content. What a colossal waste of time. Time to block you and move on.

Wow, not only did you predictably take a silly little "victory lap" last night but now you're trying to instigate another argument. Let me tell you something sweetheart; my leaving last night wasn't a lack of wit or will, it was a lack of interest. What part of spending *more* time for the rewards of the same or lesser value, every season / 6 months is confusing for you? Don't confuse the loot with the grind. One is desirable, the other is not.

Hold on, so people are complaining that their old gear is becoming obsolete but they also don't want gear of the same or lesser value? Seems like people need to get their stories straight.

And this exactly what people are doing lol. And why I am waiting to see what edge of fate provides. Because if this is going to worsen the grind, for less content. Then it is time for me to go like most of the player base. Players numbers are at their worst ever, with player apathy at it highest so far. Even the steeamers cannot scrounge up excitement for edge of fate, being at best cautiously optimistic.
