no? normal players will get the tier 3 ( with more time tier 4 since you can overlevel again for the info we have now) with 0 problems, and remember tier 3 is better loot compared to the current adept loot so normal players is getting better loot not worse

False equivalence.. you're comparing apples and oranges.. Comparing future weapons in a future dlc. with the current dlc and meta. In that DLC.. in that meta.. Tier 3 is mid. Not better than this metas adept. This meta will no longer exist. Your logic is the logic the devs use. .
