If you are on console playing solo, you can’t match a PC player.
The Xbox one is a previous gen console so I wouldn’t expect the best performance on the other hand the new Xbox and ps5 are perform close to majority of PC’s.

Homies complaing about cross play while on xbox....while PC players wish they could turn off cross play because consoles kids trash hardware is lagging up the lobbies and giving us console slow load times......oh how I miss the instant match load ins and WAY better connections......what a time.

The playstation logo is not shown. PlayStation is represented by a controller icon when playing on Xbox. Sony does not like letting their logo show on other platforms.
Competitive game modes such as Gambit and Crucible playlists will be divided into two matchmaking pools, one for console players (PlayStation, Xbox, and Stadia) and one for PC players. If a console player joins a fireteam containing PC players (Steam, Microsoft Store), the fireteam will be matchmade into the PC player pool for the activity. Additionally, Trials of Osiris will require players to have Cross Play enabled to participate.
