I'm on console and really don't have an issue with the scope. Focus on the dot or possibly change the color of your reticule.

When the dot is almost if not completely visually blocked by part of the scope when you're moving side to side, that's easier said than done. As for the reticle, no one is going to try and hip fire with any scout except DMT, so that's not really an issue.

To me it appears that most people are hip firing every weapon in crucible, 🤔 might want to try MnK on console.
