Someone please help w/exotic class item
New idea what I’m doing wrong but everytime I even try to do the overthrow part I can’t get it right for some reason and nothing happens

Have you completed dual destiny at least once on the character you are doing overthrows?

If it is the latter, then it means you did not complete a full overthrow in each zone of the heart once in your career. Once you've completed each zone overthrow at least once ( there's a triumph for bosses to track it ) when you repeat the activities after killing the boss the hive wizard will spawn. If instead you've already done each overthrow at least once, and wizards still not spawning means that you're behind with the quests / adventures you get after beating the campaign.
