How is rng blamed on the person???? I farmed for a month straight at one point and not a single caster frame with perfect 5th. I don't think you understand how rng works.

In a time like now where the game needs to be easier to get into, that would be a good change. Plus, it would eliminate the need to hold more than one ergo sum in the vault.
