100% i still have not gotten a wave frame riskrunner roll yet, though they probably wont so it keeps people playing excision and overthrow

People still replay most of the old content, it might incentivize more guardians new and old to replay. It may also give Bungie an incentive to update old content so it has less issues and more stability. Also better way to help new guardians get the catalyst for the sword
