I run a small business and can't get my head around their Head Shed. I had one of my employees e-mail me recently with a suggestion. As I read down I realised that I should have thought of this. His suggestion was implemented, he got full credit for it and we have a reward scheme. He got an extra £500 in his next month's pay.
Bungie's so called leaders seem to have zero clue, and what's worse is they are also unable to listen to the people telling them where they are going wrong. Nothing worse than working for a bunch of people like that. It's why I left my former profession and made a living out of what had been just a hobby.
The real crime is that they will be protected, it's the people trying their best to save their business that will be sacrificed. Again.

I work at a gym with basically a Pete Parsons/Bobby Kotick at my job. They absolutely suck to work for and the gym we are at is absolutely terrible. That guy even said that he thinks I'm not doing my job and threatened (though tried to cover it up saying that it isn't a threat. I'll believe that when hell freezes over) to fire me. Even gave me 3 write ups for one day of me "not doing my job" and a week suspension. People like them should never be in charge of a business. Hell, because of him, and basically customers there (seriously, we got customers that are such slobs and so lazy they don't even put their weights back on the rack despite the fact it is right there), my job position has had a majorly high turn over rate. As well, we have one repair guy for all 3 of the buildings this business has in my state and he NEVER fixes anything here. Having someone like you basically would improve the place by a ton, but instead we have people who make things worse for others just to improve things for themselves or their friends.

Been trying to find another job for a long while now. Not a single one has responded to my applications. Basically stuck here until either they fire me (which my boss actually doesn't have the authority to do unless corporate says he can, meaning this is all just him trying to get me to quit. He has done it to another guy that was working there, but I think that guy is still on the job) or one of these jobs actually responds.
