Lobby balancing is atrocious too. I played about 10 matches of IB today. Of those matches a few games it went all 6 of their players above 2KD. All of my team at or below a 1. Like HOW!?..

Same here! Dropped from 1200 ELO to 400 in 3 days. I am average but 10 game loosing streaks is disheartening. Then getting one game where I stomp the other team feels like the game is giving me scraps just to keep me alive. I have resigned to drop out of games where It is clearly going to be a mercy.
