Ok I was being a tad sarcastic here, you can improve. I did, but playing against people using devices for or blatantly cheating is gonna put a ceiling on how good you feel you can be. Hard to counter a device user or someone spamming super.

You can improve. Not all top/good players are on device, only the ones who lack raw skill & morals use them.

Terrible people exist. It shouldn't prevent you from being a decent person. You are responsible for you and your ability to improve.
