What happens when you don’t hire people based on skill and creativity. And instead do DEI hire

You say this yet the more likely and obvious thing is: They hired an artist, artist LIKE ALL ARTISTS use other peoples stuff as a base, bungie fired them, bungie took their stuff and gave it to the next artist, artist not knowing it was a base and not meant to actually be the art used ended up using it. Y'all always blame "DEI" yet it's always the straight white dudes you guys will protect that mess up. Also the "DEI" always have good ideas yet are stopped by the higher ups. And one last thing why is only bungie failing of "DEI" when other companies and indie devs who are basically all "DEI" are succeeding?

Boy, did this ever open a can of worms. I think what we’ve learned is that you hire the best person for the job regardless of their racial identity, -blam!- orientation or religion, not BECAUSE of their racial identity, -blam!- orientation or religion.

Only that DEI doesn't mean what you think. It aims at increasing the representation of certain groups amongst people with the same qualifications. It's being painted an unfair advantage whilst ignoring the inherent socioeconomic advantages that the dominant groups already have. It also includes other things that actually create a level playfield like anonymising CVs at the first stages of the process.

DEI is what you think it is. Cuz if it were true with how you say this game wouldn’t be dying and would have there own ideas instead of being caught for the 3rd time. Stealing ideas. Instead they hired people based on bull crap and preferred pronouns and what color hair they have instead of hiring the best for the job. Defend all you want but this games health and public perception says otherwise.

People like you are trying to make DEI stand for something that is automatically bad or done incompetently, with the implication that only white guys can do things right. It is deeply racist, -blam!-, and fundamentally wrong. It's because of attitudes like this that people like the great and courageous black pilots like the Tuskegee Airmen are being erased from the history books. They would have been labeled DEI hires by you. But hey, if you want to look at incompetence in crucial jobs in high places and see that white guys are more than capable of it, then you look at a certain US government right now.

Thats because dei is inherently a bad thing. Hiring based off of -blam!-, gender, or skin color without the proper skills or training over one of merit and proven proficiency is a terrible policy. I dont know where you got the notion or idea someone is trying to erase the tuskagee airmen, but no one is. No, they wouldnt actually be dei hires, bc they werent pilots just bc they were black, they were pilots bc 1. They were in the top % of the air force and 2. Because they proved themselves to be invaluable to the air force with their leadership and skill set. Yes, lets talk about that governemnt right now, so you mean the current administration that is trying to undo 50 years of progressive initiatives, i.e. dei hires. That has not only completely inundated the country in national debt, but has offset the country to a consumerist economy from productionist economy. Also responsible for disastrous policies like nafta and jcpoa. Both of which came off the working americans back through taxes, tariffs, and foreign aid. Placing them at a disadvantage while propping up foreign economies at the expense of its own. You mean that government?

I am from Europe and all I see is a government in America who is trying to fix a broke country. I honestly hate America and everything that comes out of it as its like a cancer that spreads through the west. The feminisation of boys in school as its set up for girls. The biological facts letting men use a womens rest room. And the list goes on this word is fighting a war on so many levels and it needs people like the man in charge of America to help sort this utter mess of a world out. I am for anyone being who they want to be thats cool but being taught its ok to be a cat dog etc is a no and its crazy how this world even lets it happen. All by design all to cause panic plus all this woke crap in games is ruining the little chill out things men have anymore as its not ok to be a white male or a male in general hope the world opens its eyes.

If you had done even a minute of research instead of jumping on your bigoted bandwagon, you'd know the plagiarized artist is a woman (AND they put their pronouns in their profile 😱), so she would've been a "DEI hire" if Bungie hired her.

They lower the standards for women etc in the royal navy in England and I have seen some whistle blower videos stating it. Saying it is unfair that unqualified people are being allowed in just because of -blam!-. It is a dangerous job and they just want the best but they get the hire that makes them look inclusive ahwell what can you do.
