when setting up cross-save, which account did you select as your main? if the guardians you want to play are on PSN, PSN should have been selected as the main account

PSN is selected as the main. I can see them on bungie.net when i go to the cross save section. They showed up when I played around with Stadia.

are you sure you are logging in to the game with the same steam account you set up cross-save for?

I am. I only have one steam account, and I can see my profile picture and my collection names and its all my stuff.

try clearing the steam cache and temp files?
