Can't link steam account?
Hey there,
I'm trying to link my steam account to my bungie account so I can use the character I've been using on Playstation on PC. I'm running into an issue, however. When I press link and sign in with my steam profile, it says it failed. I have linked a screenshot via imgur below with the error issue.
When I sign into my account starting with steam, it shows I have nothing linked to it, just the steam account. But I don't understand why this account can't be linked with the others? I have only 1 steam account and 1 playstation/xbox account. So, why does it say it's already connected to a different one? Very confused on this..
What is my best option to get that steam account linked to my psn account?

3 RepliesEdited by BNGHelp3: 5/14/2025 1:43:43 AMOnce a gaming platform account (Steam/PS/Xbox/Epic) has a Bungie profile, it can no longer be moved or linked to another. That's a result of the March 25th linkage change that made all gaming platform account links permanent. You, unfortunately, cannot link those accounts together to a Bungie profile. Bungie will not move them and there are no exceptions being made.
