Heavy Metal Rank 4 unclaimable
Rank 4 enhancement prisms is unclaimable, I have 87 and it says not enough space when trying to claim it.

To claim it at the moment you need to have 0 prisms but once you do claim it some people have said it cannot be used but also locks you at 0 prisms.
