Hey there, unfortunately no. Bungie does not forcibly unlink accounts under any circumstances. As such there is no contact channel at all, for account, linking and cross-save issues.

Thank you for the reply, very unfortunate that's the case. Has Bungie put out a statement regarding or at least acknowledging this issue with other accounts?
