Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out with your detailed report.
We understand that even after extensive troubleshooting, you're still encountering the Broccoil error code. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this would be worrying. While we realize you have tried a fair bit of troubleshooting, if you haven't already done so, you may wish to consider the following steps:
1. If you use EVGA Precision for overclocking, you may want to disable that since it doesn't play well with Destiny 2. MSI Afterburner might be a good alternative to use.
2. In your Settings, cap your framerate to keep GPU usage below 90% to see if this helps.
3. Some players have reported that a mild underclock for GPU clock of around -100MHz and GPU memory around -50MHzz may help with this issue.
If the above steps don't help, then we'll need a bit more info so we can effectively investigate. Specifically, we'll need a DxDiag, which you can provide via the following steps:
1. Restart your machine.
2. When you log in, please click on the Windows icon, then type dxdiag. If typed correctly, only one command should appear. Please click it. (If you need to enter the credentials of an administrator of the PC, please do so).
3. Allow the tool to run. A green bar should progress on the bottom portion of the window. If you receive any dialogue boxes as it progresses, please address them accordingly.
4. Once the tool is completed, please click on the "Save All Information" button. Save the resulting text file in an easy to find location, such as your Desktop. Then, close the tool.
5. Open the text file you just created and copy all of text to your clipboard by selecting all of it (Ctrl+A) and copying it (Ctrl+C OR right-click and click Copy). Then, close the file.
6. Go to pastebin.com
7. In the text box below, paste all of the text in the box.
8. If you would like to make your system specs hidden, you can change the Paste Exposure to Unlisted. This will hide it from the Public section of the site but still allow people to view your Paste. Then, click the Create New Paste button.
9. Copy the resulting URL and reply back with the pasted URL.

Edited by Ampharos: 5/6/2025 2:57:13 AMHello, thank you for getting back to me with those suggestions. I have already tried the mild underclocking and it never fixed it for me. Also from my observations my GPU usage is usually around 75-83% during the most chaotic parts in the game where a lot is happening. As far as the dxdiag I did one the last time I played D2 and my game crashed which I believe was on 5/3/25. I saved it to my desktop just in case. Here is the pastebin link with the information. https://pastebin.com/2nuX343U Update: I was playing tonight and my game crashed(Broccoli) during Onslaught. I took a picture of the overlay just in case. I was playing on my Arc Warlock using Ionic Sentry and Bolt Charge if it makes a difference. https://imgur.com/a/Z5imxao

Hello again, Thank you for your detailed follow-up and the accompanying links. Having reviewed the provided DxDiag, we noticed GPU Mux Support reports an unknown error. This usually indicates a BIOS setting issue or driver conflict, indicating you may need to update your drivers. We realize, from your initial post, that you already tried updating your drivers. Did you try to update your drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website? Or from their launcher? If you didn't try to update it from the website, could you do so and see if it impacts this issue? If updating your drivers doesn't address this, and you're experiencing these issues on Steam, then the troubleshooting at the end of our Destiny 2 Steam Guide may help to prevent further issues.

Edited by Ampharos: 5/12/2025 3:31:14 PMHello, I needed a couple of days to troubleshoot. I have done 2 DDUs and installed the latest drivers from the AMD website(not the launcher) and that didn't fix the problem of frequent Broccoli error codes. I updated my BIOS and that didn't work as well. I have also done all of the Steam troubleshoot options you suggested and the problem still persists. I don't know what else to attempt. This is the only game in my library that has this issue.
