I read that guide before, but there is no information about my problem. This error appears even if I use a number that has never been linked to Destiny. I turned off adblockers, cleared cookies, tried to activate the numbers from another computer, it still gives an error that there are too many accounts. But this is impossible, the people I asked for numbers to check never played Destiny. The game notification said, that if you buy any dlc, you don't need to link the number. As an experiment, I bought Forsaken, but it didn't help. It's weird that I have free raids blocked. Edit: Now I bought The Shadowkeep, Beyond the Light and The Witch Queen - and it still says that SMS confirmation is required.
