Issue with unlinking steam account.

ive been trying to unlink my current steam account and add my new one but i have no access to the other steam account since i deleted it, i have no idea how to link my current one since this issue appears. and i cant really deactivate any of my accounts since the only account i need to confirm atm is just that steam account.

If I'm not mistaken there is no way to unlink accounts unless it's a twitch account. Bungie did away with that process
