If you want it to to be easy and convenient to get, why do you care about getting it at all ?
A title just for doing the activity is literally a participation trophey
That's like saying you should get progress torward a raid title everytime you wipe in an encounter

read the post again. I already have the title (and I've gilded it for every previous season), but PvP is in a -blam!- state and I'm sick of having to back out of 90% of matches which are unwinnable due to blatantly rigged matchmaking. Glorious Howl requires 25 game WINS if you have I think 4 pieces of IB Gear equipped, and it's probably 100 WINS if you have no IB gear. This is nothing but a waste of time and needs to be nerfed like Gold Coins for Gilded Dredgen was.
