I’ve been on restriction since February 8. Since being on restriction I feel like I’ve tried everything and haven’t had any luck getting the restriction lifted. I upgraded my internet and get about 400 mbps down and 100 mbps up. Also tried messing with my router settings, prioritizing my ps5, and hard wiring my ps5 directly to my router. When I try to go thru the appeal system I get the same automated message saying “After careful evaluation, we have determined that the remaining time on your temporary restriction will remain unchanged.” Which doesn’t help me figure out if and when the restriction will be lifted. Is there anyway chance I’ve been put on restriction by mistake? I know I was placed on a 2 month restriction. In most cases of temporary crucible restrictions the longest I’ve seen is 2 month restrictions. Seems kinda odd that I’ve been on restriction for 3 consecutive months…🤔. I also attached screenshots of my speed test from my ps5 and the in game notification saying I was on a 2 month restriction. Can someone from Bungie explain why I’m still on restriction?
